1997 became US Masters swimmer Top Ten rankings in
US Masters and Fina World Masters for 10 years  
Masters World Championships Gold Medalist in 100 meter fly.  
Currently hold many Illinois State Masters records and one US Masters National record USMS
Open Water All-American
Selected for Masters High Altitude Training Camp in Colorado Springs at the Olympic Trainer Center in 2004
Began full time aquatic personal training and coaching in 2002
Coached elite age group and masters swimmers for past 7 years
Conducted various triathlon training swim classes and clinics for past 7 years

As I continue my journey of competing, learning and coaching it is my goal to get you excited about swimming and to offer insightful instruction to help you be as proficient as you can be.
