Tina McDonie - Triathlon Coach Structured indoor trainer workouts. For the AM session, doors open at 5:15am to set up and warm up. We get started at 5:30 and finish by 6:45am. For the PM session, the doors open at 5:30pm to set up and warm up. We get started at 5:45PM and finish by 7:00.

Group meets at the Huber Garage , 840 N St Mary's Road
Fall Session: October 19 through December 22. Focus is cycling specific strength and pedaling skills.
Winter Session: January 5 through March 9. Start interval training.
Spring: March 23 through May 24. More interval work for upcoming race season.
