This is ideal training for 1/2 marathon, marathon and ironman triathletes.  It will increase your aerobic fitness level over longer distances through tempo runs,hill workouts faartleks, and one/two/three/mile repeats.  No pain no gain, you will get both at this workout but always with a smile!
